Next, we'll work together to prepare your home for the market while I'll also prepare the marketing materials. You can count on me to guide you through the process & be a resource. The goal here is to make your home the most presentable so that it demands the attention from ready buyers.

About Realtor Fonz
I moved to Austin in 1992 while I was a young adult after my dad got out of the Army. Since then Austin has grown tremendously. I meet my wife while going to school at Lanier High (called Navarro High now) & we have 2 beautiful children. Before becoming a Realtor I managed several departments at Lowes Home Improvement from 2005-2011. Working at Lowes was a great experience & a wonderful job. The only reason for leaving was to pursue my entrepreneurial desire by opening a cell phone repair & resale store called The Austin Cell Phone. That business is still running strong & is managed by a great team while I serve all of my clients Real Estate needs.

What about those instant cash offers I hear about?
It all depends on your situation. Most of the time those type of offers are investors looking to acquire your home at a price where they can either resell it at a profit or invest more money to renovate then sell. My personal opinion is to go for every dollar you can instead of an investor BUT, your priorities & what you VALUE may be different than mine.
Part of what I do is help you compare all options, including selling your home AS IS to an investor. For some folks, selling the home ASAP with minimal effort is worth more than what it could sell for with a little work. My job is to get what you want & I'll represent your best interest to make sure you're dealing with a legitimate investor that isn't going to rip you off. PLUS, there are ways to make them compete with each other to squeeze out a little more.
Remember, you have options & my job is to help you compare all of them so that you can decide what's best for you. Whichever option you decide to go with I'll be with you every step along the way for guidance & support so that you never feel lost in the process. I never want to get paid a commission, I want to earn it.
