An awesome deal renting a house in south Austin
I started off looking for an apartment but ended up renting a house instead. Alfonso knew the area very well and was able to locate a house for less than the apartments I was considering. Now he is setting me up with his mortgage broker to put me on a plan to buy a house when my lease is up. Alfonso has been super helpful & friendly.
