As first time home buyers this entire process was easier than we ever expected. We had previous experiences with others but we always backed out due to stress and frustrations of not understanding. Alfonso laid out everything for us and always answered any questions we had. He was just beyond helpful, accommodating, and very easy to talk to. He is the best realtor we ever have worked with.

Where does one start when talking about a realtor that goes above and beyond for his clients. Alfonso is the real deal. A couple of months ago I encountered Alfonso from the Facebook platform. I received several different realtors trying to recruit me as a client. Alfonso stood out of the pack, he presented us with a great power point presentation explaining the process and what he offers to his clients. At the beginning of our house search we were not sure if we wanted to buy during this time with high interest rates. Alfonso was very patient and provided us with several options of homes in different areas. I felt that he took pride in his work and put the clients first. He was with us every step of the way, going to every meeting with the builder.

Alfonso provided us with the tools to be able to make the best decision for my husband and I. He was there for every part of the process, from the initial consultation all the way to closing day. He always had excellent answers to all of our questions and never made us feel any sort of pressure. He was rooting for us the entire time and wanted to make sure we were getting what was in our best interests, not just looking to get a house sold as quickly as possible. I would recommend Alfonso for anything real estate related! 10/10
